Overview
This undisclosed client build-out was a 48,000 sf secure build-out of an existing warehouse site incorporating an ICD705 office environment as well as a collateral level warehouse facility.
This challenging project required full-height security walls that were more than 30’ tall as well as close coordination with the security team to ensure provisions were provided for future routine inspections. Mark Construction also worked closely with the client to provide solutions to warehouse operations and warehouse security concerns including integration of one of the first external dock delivery platforms in the area.
