Overview
This was a design-build project headed up by Mark Construction with Project 308 Design as the architect and Engenium Group as the MEP engineer.
This client consolidated several business groups and relocated them to a secure, collaborative environment with open pantries, multiple conference rooms, lab spaces and an ICD 705 Tempest suite. Speed was the name of the game on this project with internal budget deadlines as well as fast approaching lease terminations at their existing building. The project team rose to the challenge generating Issue for Permit drawings in six weeks, working closely with all stake holders to identify and release long lead equipment and fast-tracking the construction schedule to build the entire floor including the secure environment in 18 weeks.
