Overview
This project consisted of full demo and expansion of an existing tenant suite. New build properties include full glass office fronts, densified hoteling stations with soft-close sliding glass doors, custom millwork cabinetry and customer branding signage, and varying ceiling conditions while maintaining a clean and streamlined look. The project posed some challenges with a max deck height of 10’-2”, but we were able to work with our design team to maximize the space available and provide a comfortable and spacious feeling environment.
